We offer individual focused internship programs within the green industry. Whether for credit or industry exploration, we craft each internship to the needs of the student. We will expose you to every aspect of the company; from maintenance, design, nursery, installation and irrigation and pairing you with mentors to provide on the site education. For specifics on the type of work you will be exposed, please review our Open Positions page. We provide internship specific projects that meet credit requirements. Previous interns have returned to work for McCullough's in crew leader positions. These are all paying internships, unless specified by the student for a different arrangement.
